We conquered the heat at our lab retreat last Friday! 😅

The team got together for a day of reflection and planning: open feedback rounds, conversations about funding opportunities for finishing PhDs and starting Postdocs, and ideas for attracting great new people to the group.

We also talked about plans to pursue My Green Lab certification 🌱. We are excited to be working toward a more sustainable lab going forward.

Lastly, we surprised Anneke with a custom made t-shirt to celebrate her 10 year anniversary in the lab! 🥳
